Justin Bieber Teases Three Mystery Dates: See The Tweet

Justin Bieber promised to drop a new album if his viral Instagram post reached 20 million likes by Christmas. Unfortunately, the pop titan didn't make the milestone, but it seems like he might have something ready for fans regardless.

On Friday (December 20), the superstar, 25, took to Twitter to tease three separate dates and Beliebers are guessing that they're release dates for new music. "December 24, December 31, January 3," he wrote, adding the hashtag #2020. At time of press, the tweet had accumulated more than 58,000 likes. Earlier this month, Bieber teased the upcoming year with yet another suspect message on Twitter in the form of a video with simple white text that read: "2020."

Prior to the fan challenge, Bieber also hinted at the return of more R&B-charged material with a post that read: "R&BIEBER." It's been almost four years since the chart-topper's last album, Purpose, but the teaser might signify a return to the sound that fans were treated to on 2013's Journals. Over at Us Weekly, an insider previously revealed that the singer "recently had a burst of creativity and has been busy" in the recording studio. "He is determined to release more new music by the end of the year, possibly even a full album if all goes to plan," the source explained.
